Added Idempotent-Retriable header for Idempotency

This release introduces a new response header: Idempotent-Retriable.
It helps API consumers understand whether an unsuccessful request (HTTP 4XX or 5XX) that included an Idempotency-Key can be retried using the same key.

Change summary:

  • Header (Response): Idempotent-Retriable
    • true: The request can be retried with the same idempotency key.
    • false: The request should NOT be retried with the same idempotency key.
      Subsequent attempts will return the same result.
