Subscription Deactivation Reasons
Connect API now supports an optional deactivation_reason when deactivating a Subscription.
The reason is retained as the Subscription progresses to a final state and cleared if it returns to active.
Supported reasons are:

The field is optional, so partners can continue to deactivate Subscriptions without providing a reason.
