What is Connect?
1GLOBAL Connect is a server-to-server API platform that enables partners to provision, manage, and operate global mobile connectivity directly from their own products and systems.
Using Connect, you can integrate eSIM-based connectivity into your application, marketplace, SaaS platform, IoT solution, or digital service — while 1GLOBAL handles the telecom infrastructure behind the scenes.
All integrations are backend-to-backend. Client-side integrations from browsers or mobile applications are not supported.
What You Can Build
With Connect, partners can:
- Provision eSIM connectivity globally
- Sell prepaid or recurring mobile plans
- Bundle connectivity into existing products or subscriptions
- Manage subscribers, subscriptions, and SIM profiles
- Activate products instantly, on schedule, or on first usage
- Manage phone numbers and portability workflows
- Track balances, usage, and lifecycle states
- Receive operational events through webhooks
Typical Integration Flow
Most integrations follow a simple lifecycle:
Product Offering → Account → Subscriber → Order → Subscription → SIM Profile → Connectivity
1. Retrieve Product Offerings
Fetch the available plans, bundles, or add-ons that can be purchased by your users.
2. Create an Account and Subscriber
Create an Account for the paying customer and a Subscriber for the end user that will consume the connectivity service.
3. Create an Order
Place an order to assign a product offering to the subscriber. 1GLOBAL provisions and assigns a SIM Profile asynchronously as part of order fulfilment.
4. Receive Lifecycle Events
Use webhooks to track activations, renewals, usage changes, suspensions, expirations, and provisioning updates.
Core Resources
The Connect API is resource-oriented. Most integrations start with catalog and provisioning resources, then expand into renewals, number portability, billing, and webhook-driven lifecycle updates.

Connect follows modern API design principles and operational standards:
- RESTful resource-oriented APIs
- OAuth 2.0 authentication
- Idempotent operations
- Cursor-based pagination
- Consistent lifecycle management
- Event-driven integrations through webhooks
- Structured error handling and correlation IDs
