Connectivity Lifecycle

Change plan

Change the subscription plan by replacing the current product offering with a new one.
This flow supports upgrades, downgrades, and switching between product types (for example, voice to data-only).

This flow covers the full lifecycle of a plan change, from order creation to product replacement.

Best for: Use this flow when you want to modify an existing subscription plan without canceling and recreating the subscription.
